3. Responsibility for UseOnce content is delivered and approved, you are responsible for its further use and distribution. Live Picture Studios is not liable for any modifications, misuse, or unauthorized sharing done by the client or third parties.
4. Technical SupportBasic technical support for accessing or downloading final deliverables is available as outlined in the service agreement or on our website.
5. SMS Communication

Consent to Receive SMS MessagesBy providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our contact or booking page, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Live Picture Studios and/or our third-party service providers (e.g., GoHighLevel) for purposes including but not limited to:
a. Booking confirmations and reminders b. Project updates and deadlines c. Promotional offers and marketing communications d. Other service-related alerts or information These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
2. Third-Party PlatformsWe use reputable third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel) to facilitate SMS communications. 1. Ownership & LicensingUntil full payment is received, all content (including but not limited to photographs, videos, and edits) remains the exclusive property of Live Picture Studios. Once final payment is made, ownership rights transfer to you, subject to a limited license granted to us for promotional use.
2. Prohibited Use You may not sell, license, distribute, or otherwise use the content in a way that infringes upon Live Picture Studios’ rights or violates these Terms. If you plan to use the content for commercial purposes beyond personal consumption, please consult us for the appropriate license.
3. Client-Provided ContentIf you provide any media, text, or other content for inclusion in the final product, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use such content. You agree to indemnify and hold Live Picture Studios harmless from any third-party claims arising from your provided materials.
8. Limitations & Liability
